Hi everyone,

I'm please to make my first coaching announcement (more coming!): we have hired Lauren Kennedy (Catherine's younger sister) as an Assistant Head Coach starting tomorrow. The team is big enough that Catherine needs at least one right hand person to free her from direct supervision and allow her to concentrate on the big picture so that everyone becomes the best swimmer they can. BIO: My name is Lauren Kennedy. I am a student at VCU pursuing a degree in elementary education. Growing up I was a swimmer for Forest Hollow Swim Club in Annandale, and the Bishop Ireton Varsity Swim team. I have served as the head mini gator coach and assistant head coach for 5 years for Forest Hollow Swim Team. I am excited to be coaching for LPRC this season and Go LAZERS!
