Hi everyone, 

There's no practice tonight because we'll be at Relay Carnival at Commonwealth. If your swimmer was placed in the meet, please show up because if one swimmer doesn't show, the other 3 on the relay team can't swim! 

In addition, we're going to go back to the tradition of holding a pep rally the night before a home meet!  Therefore, on Friday night at 7:30 we will gather in the field at LPRC and have an ice cream celebration to get hyped up for the big meet.  However, we're changing things up a bit from previous years to make it easier on us and to have less of an impact on the rest of the pool with the food truck present. Just dessert and we'll start after the food truck packs up. Afterwards, please stick around and help us set the deck for the meet! Last time,  we had plenty of volunteers so setting the deck only took about half an hour. If this works out well, we'll repeat next week. Thanks!
