BREAKING NEWS FROM THE NVSL SEEDING MEETING! Kate is sitting there bored out of her mind for your benefit, but great news, we managed to hang on in Division 15 for 2023. (For those of you who are new, this is meaningless, and you're happier for it, but it just determines whom we swim against.) Please sign up for swim team as soon as possible so we can plan our coaching hires! Also, for those who signed up early, merchandise is now up! Buy some! (New this year - team shorts.)

Season details below...

We will be swimming at Rutherford (which dropped from Division 11! Might be painful...) on June 17th, at home against Lake Braddock on June 24th (which dropped from Division 14), at home against Commonwealth on July 1st (which moved up from Division 16), at home against Burke Station on July 8th (which moved up from Division 16), and at Annandale on July 15th. Relay Carnival is at Rutherford and Divisionals are at Burke Station.

Kate and Catherine will stare at the numbers "A Beautiful Mind"-style to come up with some strategerie about these meets.

Also, we will have Pizza with the Coaches upcoming sometime in April to get together and get hyped up for the season, and we will have our swimsuit fitting at LPRC on Tuesday, May 23, 5-7PM.
