Beginning July 1st*, we will practice Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Mornings 8:30-9:00 and Afternoons 6:30-7:00. Please let me know which practice slots work for your family Morning or afternoon so we can have the appropriate number of coaches staffed.

*There will be no afternoon practice Wednesday, July 9 due to a swim meet at our pool - bring the Mini and Littles to cheer on the big kids and have dinner at our fabulous snack bar. There will be no practice on Thursday July 10 (morning or afternoon) due to Team Day at King's Dominion (all Lazers and there families are invited to get our NVSL rate - details coming).
