The Lincolnia Park Lazers swam a very competitive meet again a much larger team from Daventry, losing 221 to 194. Congrats to the team and coaches for a clean race so early in the season, with just 3 DQs. There were 41 personal bests—another sign of a great meet! Special shout outs to Cody Velarde and Mia Andoneguis for participating in their first “A” meet, and to Riley Fouse and Bailey Fouse for their first “A” meet as Lazers.

Thanks to all the parent volunteers who helped make this meet a success. Now we head to SHRA for a Monday night B meet and Pleasant Valley for our next A meet on Saturday. Monday night’s meet will include events for 6 and unders in freestyle and backstroke. GO LAZERS!
