Hi everyone,

Please see a recap of everything going on Saturday but, most critically, we have no sign ups for the carwash. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and if we don't get sign ups soon, we'll have to cancel, and that could lead to cutting back coaching (exciting announcement to follow) and/or the inability to cater the final banquet. In other words, after spending 6+ hours at Divisionals, we'll have to do a potluck for the banquet, which I doubt many people want. Please sign up here immediately for the carwash!

The rest of the activities are listed below. Hope to see you Saturday:

1. June 1st will be a busy day! Please note the events that day, but please also note that due to everything else, we WILL NOT have a Saturday morning practice and pancake breakfast that day. We just don't have the capacity to manage it all.
   1. NVSL University is that morning! While there are other days to get training, I think you can get everything this day. Here is the schedule. If you have any questions about what we need or what to train for, email Kate.
   2. We have a mandatory Coach Training that morning. If your swimmer has been hired as a coach, they must be there absolutely no later than 8AM (7:45AM is better, and required for those in leadership positions)!
   3. We will have transitional assessments that morning, 8-9AM. If you have a swimmer who hasn't been assessed by the coaches and you're not sure whether they're a Little Lazer/Transitional/Big Kid Team, we will do assessments during this hour when the coaches are being trained. This is different from Little Lazers assessments, for which a sign up has already gone out from Coach Kathryn. If you're sure your kid is a Little Lazer, sign up for those assessments instead.    4. The swim team car wash is scheduled for that day, 11AM-1PM. See above for details.
