Good Afternoon Lazers, 

I hope everyone is enjoying their afternoon. Please find attached the meet sheet for tomorrow. Please ensure that your swimmers on on Deck tomorrow at Hayfield Farm (7820 Hayfield Rd, Alexandria, VA 22315) by 8 am so we can take attendance and stretch as a team. 

Please remind your swimmers to remain in the team area throughout the meet. As shared in my newsletter and at practice this morning, no electronics will be permitted in the team area. This is to ensure that our Lazer family is up cheering and supporting one another. 

Following tomorrow's meeting, we will have a team lunch at the Green Turtle down the road. This is completely optional, but it is a great way to celebrate our awesome Lazers after their hard work. The address is below:
