what a fun practice in the rain! Swimmers were working hard AND having fun. Best kind of summer memories. :)
Just wanted to send a note about typical week structure in terms of practices. Monday’s will be light workout and technique prep for b-meets. Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s are harder workouts and conditioning. A change this year that THURSDAY can involve some fun game time. Friday’s are focused on meet prep and relay time. Evening folks will get a mix of all of this.
