Hi everyone,

Due to the extreme heat through Friday, we are altering the afternoon practice schedule today and tomorrow to protect our swimmers and coaches: Practice will ONLY be from 5:30-7; ALL 4:30 LITTLE LAZERS WILL PRACTICE AT 5:30! The rest of the schedule for today is normal.

Tomorrow, at a minimum, we will follow the same schedule, so all 4:30 Little Lazers come at 5:30 also. However, the heat will be so extreme, further changes may be necessary, so monitor your email. With a Code Purple Air Quality, the pool will close until it improves for the health and safety of the guards.

Finally, remember that the Big Lazers have Relay Carnival a week from tonight, so there is no practice at all (Little Lazers, Transitionals, or Big Lazers) on Wednesday afternoon, 7/7. This is an annual event and basically all our coaches are at that meet, so we never hold practice on Relay Carnival night.
