We are off and swimming with 102 registered swimmers and our intense season is in full swing. Our victory at Edsall Park was full of many personal bests set and new Lazers swimming with that same intensity. Thank you to all the parents who get the swimmers to practice make the meets happen. At our Developmental Meet Monday, we hosted SHRA in style and once again our swimmers showed courage in swimming in races for the first time and putting their practice knowledge to the test. Thank you Nichole and Ellen for stepping up to the BMeet Rep job and doing a fabulous job! Congratulations to Mia Morgan and Evan Silas for being Lazers of the Week. Lazers of the Week are 12 & unders selected by coaches based on their performance and attitudes in and out of the water. Our Captain this week is Nina Jenkins who has showed her dedication by not missing a practice, being a fabulous lane coach and helping in any way possible. This week our Mini and Little Lazers started their full practice schedule TWR and the growth is already noticeable. Thank you Sarah and Lisa for heading up the Mini and Littles! This weekend we welcome the Springfield TigerSharks to Lincolnia Park (7:47am warm up) and on Monday night swim at Somersett Olde Creek (5:45pm warm up). It is great to be a LAZER!
