Thursday! Team Day - no morning or afternoon practice! Take a break and celebrate with the team at Great Waves Waterpark right here in Alexandria. The park has waterslides, a wave pool as well as mini golf and batting cages, so something for everyone and every age. Plan to meet up at the park at 11:30am, or come when you can. 4001 Eisenhower Ave, Alexandria, VA 22304, Open 11am – 7pm. Under Age 2 – FREE, Individual (48” or more height) - $14.75, Individual (Less than 48” height) - $11.75, Age 55 & Over - $8.25, All facility pass includes unlimited use of waterpark, miniature golf and batting cage that costs $18.50 per person. Check website for specific fees for only batting cages or only mini golf.

Friday! Let's get charged up and carb up at our Pasta Pep Rally 6:30pm! Last names A-J Salad for 10, K-P Bread or Dessert for 10 and Q-Z Pasta Dish for 10. If your oldest is 11-18, you are hosting and that simply means you will decorate, set up, serve and clean up. Please sign up on the job sign up! The coaches will run a special charged up activity featuring a glowingly good time for the Lazers while we all set up the pool!! Saturday! EVERY LAZER ON DECK!!! Lazers Team Picture Day and Senior Day honoring Coach Cory and Sarah Dieble! Our exciting Home meet vs. Herndon Hammerheads features both teams with records of 3-0. Warm ups start at 7:55am.Even if you are not in the meet - please come at 10:30 to see our Mini and Little Lazers Lollipop Race, Honor our Seniors, Cheer on our relays to victory, eat at the snack bar and take team and individual pictures immediately following the meet! Picture order form Here! Coming Up! Please know on Thursday, July 21st our pool is hosting the NVSL Invitational Relay Carnival (IRC). The NVSL pays us to host this event and our pool uses it for improvements and the snack bar profit goes directly to the swim team. Sign up HERE and know any help you give goes toward your pool work hours and just helping show off our awesome pool to the hundreds that will come to cheer on the relays from around the NVSL (and the Lazers should have some relays to cheer on as well)!
