Week Ending 6/15!
Home Meet Saturday - kids arrive at 7:55am. If you have registered at lprclazers.swimtopia.com, please go to https://lprclazers.swimtopia.com/swim_meets/7039/swim_meet_entries and register your child(ren) for the meet and take a volunteer shift. Without going to this link your child will not be signed up to swim this Saturday! Everyone needs to do something for the meets or the kids can't swim - we have Johnny on the Spot training for most positions - no experience required!
If you haven't registered, please go to https://lprclazers.swimtopia.com. Your kids CAN NOT SWIM on Saturday without being registered for insurance purposes. Do so right now! This is Time Trials so kids should plan on swimming all strokes and IM - except 6&under will only swim Free and Back. Please plan on helping with Pool Set up on Friday night.
Snack Bar is our Main Fundraiser. Please DONATE! How??? Read on:
Mandatory One Time Donation: Each family is requested to donate a case(24) of sodas or Gatorade. A-F Diet or Small Gatorade; G-M Regular Soda or Large Gatorade; N-Z caffeine free soda (rootbeer, sprite) or large or small gatorade. Please put in the swim team closet next to lifeguard shack with your last name clearly marked on them.
Other donations needed Each Home Meet Donate by 8am Saturday each home meet - bagels/cream cheese, coffee box, donuts and fresh fruit/bananas. Also, we need to borrow coolers to ice the drinks in and need these by Friday's practice. Please email Marissa Regni [email protected] with what you intend to bring ASAP.
National Anthem: Please email Marissa Regni <[email protected]> if you have a child who is interested in singing or playing an instrument for our Home Meet National Anthems. Marissa will do it this week and will try to coordinate kids for the remaining A&B Home Meets. This will require a rehearsal at Marissa's convenience.
Swim Suits If you ordered Suits by May 13th there was a production problem. I have a solid blue suit for you until our team suits arrive (hopefully by the 21st). For those of you who put in your order after the 13th up until TODAY (you have to give me your size or be sized by practice today), those suits will arrive July 11th. Those of you who ordered online after the 13th and want to change or add a plain blue suit - they will cost $35 for girls and $28 for boys and will be here by June 21st if the order is communicated to Dianna by the end of swim practice tonight.
Other Merchandise - I need someone to help me with the sweatshirt and cap order. I can't get it in without help. Please email Dianna at [email protected].
Car Wash - I need a parent to head this up (pick a day and time - probably a Sunday afternoon) so we can support our Sponsor Mustafa at Pinecrest Shell. His donation and all money made at the Car Wash goes to our end of year Awards Banquet. Think Catered DJ event! Please email Anne Wuher at [email protected] if you can get this event going!
