Congratulations to the Lazers on their win over the Herndon Hammerheads 223 -195. 42 more Personal Bests attained and too many exciting finishes to count. Earning It in practice really shined this week. Special notice to Ethan J and Carolina B who both dropped almost 8 seconds! Thank you to all the volunteers who helped make  this meet work, and thanks for driving out to Herndon to cheer on the Lazers! A special shout out to Nichole Andonegui who made it even though she is non weight bearing on one foot.  Next week will be quite full with a B meet, relay carnival, and the next A meet against Woodley on the following Saturday , so please let your availability be known ASAP!
